You have to be over 18 to participate in the Mersey Games. This includes spectators.
We require an initial deposit of £50 per group to book your activity. The remaining balance will be due 30 days prior to your event date. We will just need to know whether there have been any changes to your final numbers. If there aren’t any changes, you can proceed in paying your final balance by clicking on the link at the bottom of the original invoice we sent you.
We have access to changing facilities on site. Please contact us if you would like to use them.
The activities are outside during the summer months so please make sure you wear suitable clothing. Comfortable clothes you don’t mind getting dirty or wet.
You will be required to wear socks on some of the games so please ensure everyone in your group has a pair of socks and trainers.
We love kids but due to the nature of the site it is not a safe place for them, even if they are under supervision. We therefore cannot have babies or small children anywhere on the site, Sorry.

We believe in “the more the merrier” at the Mersey Games so we don’t have a maximum group size although please let us know if you have a group with more than 20 people.
We base our minimum group size on 8 people but this is a figure based on cost. Smaller groups are still very welcome but you will have to pay for 8.
Your group will be participating in the games together and will not be pitted against other groups. You will be assigned your own guide who’ll keep score between you.
We have secure parking on site. You will be directed to the car park by a marshal on the day. There is also a map on our contact us page which shows the location of customer parking.
Your guide will take approximately 30 photos for your group, which we’ll upload to our Facebook page for you, free of charge, which will be done as soon as possible.
For obvious reasons we cannot allow pregnant ladies to participate in the games although you are welcome to come along to laugh at your mates!

Spectators are welcome and they don’t have to pay. We are an outdoor activity provider and as such don’t have picnic areas. A reasonable amount of spectators can follow their group around the games but this is judged on total numbers on a group by group basis. Please call for more information.
ALL spectators must sign our disclaimer to be on the site.
The games are outdoors and will still take place if it is raining. We have marquee space where you can shelter but we don’t provide seating unfortunately.
